Rates and SC sales tax are subject to change without notice. Rates are based on 2 Adults and 2 Children under 12. Each additional person will be charged $10.00 per day. These rates are for advance reservations only. Please inquire about rates for Easter, Spring Break, Biker's Week, Memorial Day, Sun Fun Week, Graduation, July 4th Week and Labor Day Weekend or any special holiday or event. A minimum number of nights stay may be required. A one night deposit is required in advance to hold a room which will be applied to the last scheduled night of the reservation. Balance is due in full upon check-in. Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to reservation dates or deposit will be forfeited. There is a $25 service charge for all cancelled reservations. There may be a 6 week cancellation policy on certain periods of the year; please inquire. We reserve the right at our discretion to require a security deposit at check-in. No personal checks accepted upon arrival. Reservations of 5 nights or more will require a 2 nights' deposit which will be applied to the first and last scheduled nights of the reservation. Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED on premises. Your accommodations will be ready for occupancy by 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. Reservations held until 6:00 p.m. (unless otherwise notified).
