A one night deposit is required in advance to hold a room which will be applied to the last scheduled night of the reservation. Balance is due in full upon check-in. Cancellations must be made 15 days prior to reservation dates or deposit will be forfeited. There is a $25 service charge for all cancelled reservations. There may be a 6 week cancellation policy on certain periods of the year; please inquire. We reserve the right at our discretion to require a security deposit at check-in. No personal checks accepted upon arrival. Reservations of 5 nights or more will require a 2 nights' deposit which will be applied to the first and last scheduled nights of the reservation. Absolutely NO PETS ALLOWED on premises. Your accommodations will be ready for occupancy by 3 p.m. Check out time is 11 a.m. Reservations held until 6:00 p.m. (unless otherwise notified). Only 1 parking permit per room rented. No exceptions.
